Tech throw data

Okay so idk if this is where it goes , If it's in the wrong location or it has been answered in a other thread just let me know . When I tech a throw does that mean me and the person I'm fighting against are both back to neutral ? Or how that go I feel like when I try to do a quick poke he or she lol always beats me

Can't really prove that it actually is, but going from pure logic, you're both at neutral after a throw has been teched.

that's how i feel with breakers. i think both should be nuetral but they always beat me out

I can confirm that breakers at any height and throw techs resets both characters so that nobody has an advantage.

Breakers for sure even I can react like just anyone else but when ethier I tech a throw a feel like the more aggressive person trying throw me can input stuff out before me hell few times they try to throw again lol

You can actually prove it. Set the CPU to neutral jump and tech throw. Throw him and hold up. If both jump simultaneously, it's neutral. If one jumps before the other then the one who jumped first has advantage. Same applies to breakers.
