LOL MID UPPER TIER? Are you crazy? Jesus, Roy is just sooooo bad in so many ways i cant even describe it without totally tearing him limb from limb. Its funny, because hes so low on the tier list but JIGGLY PUFF, THE STUPID ASS FLOATY GIRLY POKEMON IS MID HIGH. Its funny how smash works out, the characters that seem that would be good arnt. Yet, the ones that seem like they would suck. Do amazing...
