Sub-Zero throw into ice clone

Sub-Zero can do a d+4 into clone, then throw and it freezes. 99.9% it just causes the unfreeze effect like it's supposed to, but if the dummy is neutral and the distance is exactly right, it freezes. Seems like a bug, I'm sure it's never supposed to freeze.
