Sub-Zero Freeze Glitch

In this video, Scorpion is hit by a clone. They he gets out and does a Teleport Punch which is blocked. Sub tries to punish with a jab into freeze which would nomally freeze Scorpion in the air and he is knocked down like a double freeze would do.

This is a VERY big deal and will affect Sub in the same way that his b+4 whiffs online in MKDC!

EDIT: Glitch starts at 54 seconds when Scorpion gets hit by the ice clone.

It could be a glitch, but what if it has something to do with the fact that Sub-Zero didn't capitalize on the ice clone? Maybe in this situation Subbie can't freeze the opponent for a short period of time?

I'm just thinking of other options since it doesn't seem to happen elsewhere in the video.

Punish ME for not capitalizing on the clone? I don't think so. If my opponent repeatedly fucks up and I am not permitted to punish because I failed to punish the time before, that would be fucking stupid.

Ohhh I see it now. Jab into freeze should have frozen scorp in mid air. Also another thing I noticed, wouldn't make more sense if scorp spear would go thru the ice clone? Because he is throwing it straight towards it.

I don't think so phil, The x factor here is the clone. When Scorp escaped and teleported it should have reset, and the same combo he performed at 1:38 should have been possible.

This is kind of what I was getting at. Again, not saying this isn't a glitch, just that I don't think this is enough evidence since we know very little about the ice clone and freezing properties.

Looks like the video Konqrr posted was taken down (just saw this thread now) so hopefully mine stays up for a bit. Anyone know if this has been looked at? That is, I assume this is what Konqrr is referring to. It's important to note, this doesn't just affect Sub-zero, it's merely more noticeable due to the properties of his moves. When I was playing Rob tonight, I was abusing the Hell out of the nerfed specials whenever available.
