Just tested the scaling off of freezing an opponent

I tested with just a front punch- 2%
Ice ball- 1.50%
clone- 1.60%
ex ice ball- 1.70%
x-ray 'counter'- 1.80%
'unbreakable' counter- 1.90%

The low scaling on the counter dose make unbreakable stand out a bit more

Am I the only one who thinks these Run-cancel combos are just too much to effectively land at a high %? And considering the damage isn't even that high. It seems Sub zero got the shaft on comboing.
