Question - War God Struggling with War God pressure

I would've posted this in my own character threads but I play Johnny, Reptile and Kano (all badly mind you) and I though one thread would be easier than three separate ones was just wondering how to deal with War god's pressure, as I struggle a lot with it. Mainly the mid(?) to low string into his overhead or low special and his footsies.

Honestly, it sounds like you just need more time in the lab and more experience. Go through Kotal's normals, strings, specials, and look at the reach/pushback/frame data information. Pay attention to the start up, advantage or disadvantage numbers.

I did go in with Kano, but it seems like none of my specials in cutthroat could punish the oh/low, I'll log more time in the lab when I have a free moment anyway

@Killjoy McGee, Reptile punishes all of those things. That said, Reptile isn't very good at much else.
