Strange pause at the end of matches

This one just started happening about 2-3 weeks ago. Sometimes during ladder
at the end of matches my character will stand there after winning for about 5 secs.
It gets even worse online and he just stands there looking down for around 5 secs
then performs his winning animation as he normally would. I was wondering if
anyone else noticed this and what might be causing this. It's not game breaking or
anything it just kinda worries me. Maybe I gotta but a new PS3? lol

weird .... all I know is, after defeating an opponent, using Raiden, if you are from some distance , like middle screen or full screen,teleport with Raiden while FINISH HIM/HER appears in the screen, Raiden seems paralyzed for some seconds, being unable to move .... crazy shit, lol !

Ya I've had that happen. I don't think it has anything to do with the PS3. Just some weird thing in the game. It doesn't seem to hurt anything. I've had my character lie on the ground for a few seconds between rounds too before getting up.

The Finish Him delay is normal, it happens with every character for me, all the time. I assume they lock out inputs so that if you're still doing something you don't hit the opponent accidently.
