I had an idea. 
How about we forget about clans for a minute and create new teams for SSFIV?
The teams idea is to get the tournament mode working for a bit, and to help people level up. The more we practice for these tournaments, the better people will get. My suggestion is to team up with a better player, that way they can help the team level up.
Each team should be 4 people max.
So who wants to be in my team? Team names can be decided by assembled teams. Lets have some fun! :top:
