I like this. I've used something similar with 1B23 and follow with dash-up AoT or jump 1. 223 and 22D2 are good enders.

S3 can also be a very potent anti-air against certain attacks. (Batman's J2) It has some decent active frames and covers a different arc than D2. You can convert the S3 into a big combo (49%) if you have a trait shot.
S3, Trait Shot, Bounce Cancel B3, J3, B12, Shackles -> ender or vortex

It is resource intensive, but it looks interesting. Of course people would suggest using just Trait shot, but there are times where the tracking on the trait misses.
