Isn't b13 -9 on block. If so canceling a blocked b13 into arachnid could have some viability.

Yea i will test this because as of now b13 on block can be punished H A R D by black adam w 112 but i want to test now w push back of arachnid

yeah but the only reason to use charge in this MU is to punish projectiles so online if i miss time my charge than yeah you acn punish, sinestro will have to use arachnid on wake up or risk a cross up OTG MB sonic pound for 54%
