Shujinkydink presents: revenge of the low tier tournament XBL

Alright guys, been some talk about MK9 buffs and nerfs lately so I had a fun idea for a tournament that I'm going to host. This is only for XBL for now. Here are the rules:

FT3
Banned stages: Street, Jades desert(at players discretion)

The following characters must play with quarter health:

Kabal
Cyrax

The following characters must play with half health:

Kung Lao
Kenshi
Sonya
Freddy
Smoke
Johnny cage
Jax
Skarlet

There will be two 16 man pools for this. One on August 26th starting at 9pm EST, and one on Saturday August 31st at 9pm EST. please put down your XBL GAMERTAG and the pool you want to be in. It's first come first serve for pools and you will be DQ'd without question for being more than 5 minutes late for your pool. Lets have some fun!
