This is a thread for Sektor's standing 1 on crouch blocking opponents and if it will connect or not, if standing 1 will rarely whiff on the crouch blocking opponent then I will put it down as always works with 11 and 12.
For always works with 11 same thing as above just 12 will whiff.
For never it will either never or only sometimes connect with crouch blocking opponents
Note: Noob Saibot isnt on here because standing 1 always connects against him crouching blocking but 11 and 12 will never connect with noob while he is crouch blocking
Also for cyber sub it seemed to not work if I was holding forward while pressing 1 but if I wasnt 11 would work against him crouch blocking
