Not sure I'd say Shinnok stole Neo's moves when MK came out before Matrix...just saying lol

That's kind of like saying Neo bit off Superman flying around....

But just want to say that fatality is a little different actually as the guy is uppercuting slicing the guys face off, while Scorpion kind of overkills you with shooting a hole through your chest with a fireball first then on your knees slices your face off from top to bottom. So not "exactly" like it.

It is true that some MK characters, fatalities take inspiration from other things(as does everything) though a lot of their fatalities are also very original like KL's, Ermac's and many others.

I have one I'd do for Bo, have him break the guys jaw, open it then throws up in his mouth forcing him to choke and gag while he holes his mouth shut, then as the guy goes on his knees bo takes his bo impales the guys eye socket then twists it full 360 breaking his neck(similar to Jax's) then you see the blood and puke leak out of his face and mouth.

Doesn't matter when MKX came out. The fighting scene with Shinnok was obviously an hommage to the Matrix. Did you look atthe comparison? Same exact movements.

Aside from that, no, it's not the same death, but the final result(vertical slice of head with brain squishing out) is the same. That's where they got the idea.

When mkx came out but mk as a series was out long before matrix...

It's not exactly the Same though, that's all I'm saying, partially inspired by Matrix? Maybe, but to be fair if we use that logic honestly then matrix took things from dcs superman ie flying around in the clouds etc which lots of people have said Neo=Superman in his own world there.

I'm just saying similar doesn't mean exact same. Capcom paid homage to MK with mvc3 commando dude having the "get over here" with his grappling hooks as move like Scorpion has.

OMG you were serious? You were seriously saying that scene took influence from the Matrix because the MK series came out before it?
