Hey everyone,
I put the "?" because I want more people to test this out so we can get more than one voice to confirm it.
Basically after Scorpion land's his d3 the opponent can cancel the hit stun you see on screen almost instantaneously with a move or a jump thus putting Scorpion at a huge frame disadvantage. What leads me to believe this is a bug and not bad character design is that he is at less of a disadvantage on block. I think this would be the only move I know about that is safer on block than on hit! lol Now granted the main reason this hasn't been noticed thus far I believe is because down 3 comes out so fast and his d1 is typically superior.
If this is indeed a bug we should spread the word on this so we can get it fixed as soon as possible. Let any NRS contacts you have know about this. If you can test this or can do frame by frame analysis please do so.
