Saving Characters: UMK3 PS2 MK Armageddon??

How do I save the secret characters in UMK3 on the PS2 that is on the MK Armageddon Premium Edition game disc?

Is it possible to save Mileena, Ermac and Classic Sub?

Or do I have to enter the codes every time I play the game?

There's no saving hidden characters in PS2 Armageddon Premium Pack UMK3. I wish I knew the reason, but a save for UMK3 could have given the MK:A PP a little kudos.

The PS2 port of UMK3 is at best, fucking terrible. And this is another reason why.
