What does one do, when he can't sleep and doesn't know what to do else? He writes some shit down!

The S.T.A.R. Labs missions do have few typos and I decided not to correct them. I hope they will be corrected, when the game launches, but maybe that's just me being a grammar na... Nah, not gonna say that.
Also you might realize that some of the stuff is colored. The blue coloring is obviously there for the titles and other colors have an explanation at the bottom.

Batman Mission 11: Sparring Practice

Batman must hone his skills before going after Arkham's deadliest villains.
Execute the moves listed on the top of the screen to spar.

- Show Nightwing how rusty you are
- Land a 10 Hit Combo
- Hit Nightwing 15 times in the head

Batman Mission 12: Baffled Bats

Scarecrow's fear-inducing poison fills the air.
Capture Raven before Scarecrow's madness overcomes Batman's reality.

- Win a Clash

Batman Mission 13: Grenades and Grundy

Grundy, a zombie, is tough to damage with hand-to-hand combat.
Use the grenades located around the Batcave to do significat damage.

- Apprehend Grundy
- Win without missing a grenade
- Win without using grenades

Catwoman Mission 23: Isis

Use Isis to sneak past the guards in order to obtain information on the location of the Batcave.

- Reach the end of the museum
- Don't move backwards
- Meow 25 times

Catwoman Mission 24: Rumble In The Museum

Using Catwoman's nimble reflexes, defeat 20 guards in under 40 seconds before the alarm goes off.

- Defeat the guards
- Win without dashing
- Flawless Victory

Catwoman Mission 25: Safe Cracker

The museum break-in led Catwoman to a safe at Wayne Manor.
Hit Wayne's safe to crack it open within 30 seconds.

- Break into the safe
- Break into the safe using only light attacks
- Win with more than 15 seconds remaining

Catwoman Mission 26: Bloodletting

Catwoman was injured opening the safe containing the Batcave map.
Complete the list of moves in the tracker before you pass out from blood loss.

- Survive 8 seconds without being hit

Catwoman Mission 27: Batters Up

Catwoman has finally found the Batcave, but bats are attacking!
Kill the bats, but be sure not to get hit five times.

Catwoman Mission 29: Going Up?

Navigate Catwoman through the security system of lasers and traps in order to reach the Batcave's elevator.

- Reach the elevator
- Complete the path backwards
- Win without jumping

Catwoman Mission 30: The Getaway

Catwoman has finally located the Batmobile. Defeat both Nightwing and Batman, then active the switch to release your prize.

- Steal the Batmobile
- Win with full second Health bar
- Throw 6 times

The Flash Mission 34: Race Around The World

Race Superman around the globe to be the first to find info on Lex.
Tap any button to fill the boost meter. When full press [RT] to boost.

- Get there first
- Win by 50 laps
- Use only 1 boost

The Flash Mission 36: When It Rains

Lex has sent Black Adam to place detonators at Wayne Manor.
Defeat your enemy while avoiding falling debris from Watchtower.

- Defeat Black Adam
- Win with 30 or more seconds remaining
- Win after getting First Hit

Shazam Mission 44: Blood Bank

Shazam and Lex have been infected with vampiric poison that regens health with each hit. Shazam is also bleeding out!

- Win the battle
- Win a clash
- Land a level transition

Shazam Mission 45: Can't see me

Lex has brainwashed Cyborg and sent him after Shazam.
Defeat a cloaked Cyborg and return to your search.

- Defeat Cyborg
- Survive 8 seconds without being hit
- Never reach max Super Meter

Shazam Mission 46: Wisdom Of Solomon

Lex is assisting Black Adam in obtaining an ancient Egyptian artifact.
Complete the list of moves on the right side of the screen before time runs out.

- Win with 20 or more seconds remaining

Shazam Mission 47: Antartic

Catwoman is locked in Arkham, but is protecting Black Adam's location.
Penguin will attack the closest attacker to him with his umbrella.

- Defeat Catwoman
- Don't get put to sleep
- Get put to sleep 3 times

Shazam Mission 48: Mercury's Speed

Reports are coming of Black Adam attacking Gotham! No time to waste. Soar through the air while smashing through the rocks. Use [LS] to fly.

- Reach the max distance
- Destroy 30 normal rocks
- Destroy 75 normal rocks

Shazam Mission 50: Air Battle

Black Adam has taken the air! Blast him with everything you got.
[LS] Controls flight, [RT] Shoots, [RS] or hold [LT] + [LS] to Control fire direction.

- Defeat Black Adam
- Win with 10% health or less remaining
- Destroy all Interactibles

Bane Mission 51: Body Builder

Before Bane sets out to find more Venom, he must train.
Execute each move at the top of the screen.

- Preserve your remaining supply of Venom
- Land a 4 Hit Juggle Combo
- Land a 5 Hit Combo

Bane Mission 57: Ice Box

Stop Doomsday from getting the last of the Venom.
Fight Doomsday while avoiding the falling ice conjured by Killer Frost.

- Defeat Doomsday
- Become frozen 10 times
- Win a Clash

Harley Quinn Mission 64: Two-Face

Stop Catwoman and find the answers you're looking for.
Two-Face is on the scene, and will flip his coin to determine who he'll shoot next.

- Defeat Catwoman
- Survive 15 seconds without being hit
- Connect 3 Meter Burn Special Moves and win

Harley Quinn Mission 65: Thug's Life

Harley thinks a band of Joker's thugs are behind Joker's death.
Stop enough of the joker thugs by pressing the correct button sequence.

- Stop the Joker thugs
- Hit 16 Joker thugs
- Perfect aim

Harley Quinn Mission 66: Side Splitting

This Joker thug might have info. Shoot the pies and chattering teeth by pressing [Y] for high shot, [X] for mid shot, [A] for low shot.

- Stop the attacks
- Don't miss an object
- Land a hit with less than 5 seconds

Harley Quinn Mission 67: Kisses!

The last battle has left Harley injured and her health is depleting.
Use your Character Power to regain health. Contain Catwoman to get answers.

- Defeat Catwoman
- Perform 75 kisses
- Win with a Super Move

Harley Quinn Mission 69: Pipsqueak

The trail has led Harley to Luthor, who has shrunk her down with an experimental weapon. Jump and slide to avoid the lasers while collecting cubes to weaken Lex's defenses.

- Reach the end
- Perform a slide 10 times
- Collect all the Nanocubes

Harley Quinn Mission 70: Deception

Luthor has the answers Harley is looking for!
Get Lex to tell you why Joker faked his demise.

Deathstroke Mission 72: Never Enough

Hold [A] to fire grenades at Green Arrow.
Each shot is affected by wind. The longer you hold, the more powerful the shot.

- Defeat Green Arrow

- Don't miss

Deathstroke Mission 73: Assassin's Strike

Deathstroke must progress past the rock trap.
Slice incoming rocks by pressing [Y] for high swings, [A] for low swings.

- Swing 75 times

Deathstroke Mission 74: Burn With Me

Another day, another target to eliminate.
Time your movements carefully to avoid the erupting fire.

- Defeat Harley
- Never reach max Super Meter
- Win without jumping

Deathstroke Mission 75: Bomb, Shield, And Sword

Bomb beats Sword, Shield beats Bomb, Sword beats Shield.
Press [X] for Bomb, [Y] for Shield, and [A] for Sword.

- Win best out of 5
- Perfect score
- Tie 5 times

Deathstroke Mission 80: Eagle Eye

Lex isn't getting away this time! When he launches his missles into the air, press [RT] to destroy them before causing additional damage.

- Stop Lex
- Hit all missles
- Win without using combos

Green Arrow Mission 81: The Emerald Archer

Green Arrow wants to train before fulfilling his father's dying wish.
Execute each move at the top of the screen.

- Follow through with your skills
- Land an 8 Hit Combo
- Land a 4 Hit Juggle Combo

Green Arrow Mission 85: Big Shot

Merlyn is impersonating Green Arrow. Hold [A] to shoot at him.
Each shot is affected by the wind. The longer you hold the more powerful the shot.

- Win the battle
- Land the first hit
- Don't miss

Green Arrow Mission 86: Sharpshooter

Press the correct buttons to stop the robot soldiers.
This elite force is protecting those in the black book. Stop at least 13 robots.

Green Arrow Mission 87: Glass House

Killer Frost, number six in the black book, has set off a cave-in in the Batcave.
Be careful of your attacks or you might accelerate the damage.

Green Arrow Mission 88: The Harder They Fall

According to the list, Green Arrow must put an end to Sinestro.
Over the course of the fight he will become more powerful.

- Defeat Sinestro
- Land a Level Transition
- Win before Sinestro reaches his max difficulty

Lex Luthor Mission 92: Enter Lex

Luthor must train with his new powersuit before his mission to Atlantis.
Execute each move at the top of the screen.

- See what the power suit can do
- Land a 4 Hit Juggle Combo
- Throw 6 times

Lex Luthor Mission 93: There And Back Again

Cyborg has been sent to defeat Lex before he reaches Atlantis.
Use [LS] to move your energy shield to deflect Cyborg's bouncing rockets.

Lex Luthor Mission 94: Orb Malfunction

Lex's plan to take Atlantis interferes with Killer Frost's desire to freeze the planet.
Her cold presence causes Lex's orbs to malfunction and attack Lex every 10 seconds.

- Win without using Character Power
- Win with a Super Move

Lex Luthor Mission 95: Pulling The Trigger

Malfuctioning orbs are attacking Lex. Shoot at the orbs by pressing the correct buttons on-screen. Stop at least 13 orbs to advance.

- Hit 13 targets to progress
- Hit 16 targets
- Perfect score

Lex Luthor Mission 96: Burn The Evidence

Defeat the enemies to recover pieces of evidence that would expose Lex's plan.
Press [RB] when near the fireplace to burn each piece of evidence.

- Destroy every piece of evidence
- Collect all pieces of evidence before burning
- Never reach max Super Meter

Lex Luthor Mission 97: Lantern's Defense

Green Lantern will do everything in his power to keep Lex from Atlantis.
Over the course of the fight he will become more powerful.

- Win before Green Lantern reaches his max difficulty
- Win a Clash

Lex Luthor Mission 98: Air Strike

In order to reach Atlantis you mist first weaken the outer defenses.
Press the on-screen buttons to destroy each target. Destroy 25 mines to progress.

Lex Luthor Mission 99: Go Deep

It is time for Lex's assault! Avoid depth charges while diving to reach Atlantis.
Collect air bubbles to fill your oxygen meter.

- Collect 20 air bubbles

Lex Luthor Mission 100: Big Fish

Defeat Aquaman while he is powered up to take Atlantis.
Your movements will be slower under water.

Nightwing Mission 101: Woke Up Tied Up

Break free from the gurney by using the displayed button commands.
Once free, defeat your captors by executing the moves at the top of the screen.

- Throw twice

Nightwing Mission 107: Paint This

Sinestro and Raven team up to take down Wayne Manor.
Nightwing must stop Sinestro while avoiding incoming projectiles thrown by Raven.

- Hit 10 times to the head

Nightwing Mission 108: Look Out!

Use night vision to navigate past the security lasers and watch out for the guards. You have 60 seconds to reach the end.

Nightwing Mission 109: Just Add Water

While underwater Nightwing's movements will be slower.
Aquaman fights at normal speed.

Green Lantern Mission 114: Headache

Luthor has taken control over Doomsday.
Perform enough head attacks to break Doomsday free from Lex's strings.

Green Lantern Mission 115: None Shall Pass

Green Lantern has come across Bane for the last time.
Defeat him while avoiding exploding floor fires conjured by Raven.

- Don't get hit by the explosions
- Use an explosion in a combo

Cyborg Mission 127: Need A Nurse

The last battle strained Cyborg's systems and damaged his life support.
Use your Character Power to regain health.

- Defeat Catwoman
- Win with full health
- Win without using character power

Cyborg Mission 128: Error Macro

Destroy Luthor's "Defense System 01" prototype robot before it powers up.
Be careful, as Lex is attacking you with lasers from a safe location.

- Win with 10 seconds or more remaining

Cyborg Mission 129: Luthor Beatdown

With Cyborg back at full power, he must defeat Lex while performing the moves listed in the tracker before the time runs out.

Cyborg Mission 130: Injustice For All

The Justice League is impressed with your skills in defeating Luthor.
Show them what you are made of.

The Joker Mission 148: Bombs Away

Joker needs to destroy part of Arkham Asylum and free his henchmen.
Press [RB] to plant bombs at all 3 locations. You have 60 seconds.

- Survive 8 seconds without being hit

The Joker Mission 149: Heads Or Tails

Catwoman is back, but this time Joker won't let her get away!
Two-Face will also flip his coin to determine who he'll shoot next.

The Joker Mission 150: It Takes Two

To even the odds, Joker has joined forces with his beloved Harley.
For a one time perss [LT] and Harley Quinn will aid in your fight.

Doomsday Mission 151: It Begins

Doomsday has been captive for years, and must train before seeking his revenge. Execute each move at the top of the screen.

Doomsday Mission 152: Riddle me That!

Get Lex to tell you the location of Superman by defeating him.
Defeat Lex while the Riddler drops surprises.

Doomsday Mission 159: Search for Superman

Further weaken the Justice League by defeating Wonder Woman. Avoid being hit by the tentacles that have joined the fight to protect Superman.

Sinestro Mission 166: In The Wind

Green Lantern jumps in to protect earth!
Hold [A] for a more powerful shot and watch out for the wind.

Aquaman Mission 189: Jaws Of Life

Press the correct corresponding buttons on-screen to telepathically tell the incoming rabid shark not to eat you.

Red Son Mission 241: The Last Kryptonian

Help Superman start his new life on the Ukrainian collective form.
Avoid the asteroids by safely navigating the Kryptonian capsule through the meteor field.

Red Son Mission ???: ???

The American pig Lex Luthor has sent Green Lantern to stop Superman's glorious reign.
Attack him until he is at low health, and then overpower him with your Heat Vision.

Few things that should be noted:
  • Ermac confirmed as a DLC character, LOL?!
  • Killer Frost is playable.
  • Doomsday gets set free and Lex Luthor mindcontrols him = possible connection to the story?

I'm sure Meryln will be an alt skin for Green Arrow, then. If they just make you fight a clone without any reskinning, I'll be a little disappointed but continue playing.

Seems like even more cameos easter eggs and fan service it's never ending with this game...
It's getting to be a bit too much...and I love it...Hopeing the "arcade"mode endings are just as detailed and wonderful...

I'm kind of disappointed that there's no overlaying plot there and that Aquaman's story has nothing to do with taking back Atlantis.

I have a feeling Killer Croc will make a cameo in one of these missions. Seeing how Riddler, Penguin, Two-Face, and Scarecrow are all making an appearance at least once in these missions.
