If your trying to pick up fulgore good luck because its the struggle. Most people think he is a zoner purely but in some matchups you cant relay on zoning like the sabrewulf/spinal mu. Alot of his rushdown contains of footies and pokes because his back dash doesn't get good in till he has full meter but that's why tick throwing is a really good option after a throw you should build 1 or 2 pips. Couching medium kick is his best poke and can be cancel into anything also don't do forward heavy punch into laser alot because its very easy to get shadow counter.
