Another great event! Im gonna try one of these write ups the other locals are doing...
Injustice
The event starts with Injustice. First match ups are @Ray'sGoodLiquor vs @Busta Clown, @CollinLg vs @The Big Palooka and @The Great One vs Bombstock.
Ray shows some improvement in his Shazaam as he takes Busta Clown to the brink, but he shouldnt have messed with a magical chick, and The Clown sends Ray magically to losers. We also Welcome back Collin, who shows off his Black Adam, its been about a year since we've seen him out but hes still got it as he defeats Palooka's batgirl, and moves on to round two. In other first round action The great one bulldozes bombstocks hype lex luthor, and Grifkitten takes the zoning to a new level with raven, sending Idylehandz to the losers side of the bracket.
Round two kicks off! Its Shujinkydink vs Busta Clown. Busta goes with his usual Zatanna but Dink shocks the scene and starts with Killer Frost! After a few clutch matches, and Dink almost getting Chipped out by Bustas new corner tech with Zatanna, he ends up taking it and ends The magicians climb through the winners side of the bracket. Rich White Boys(aka Lord Vado) is up next against his teammate the great one. Great one takes the first 2 games quite easily off of Rich, with a perfectly played green lantern. Rich goes for a character change and gets a game off the great one, who in a bizarre move, switches to Bane. It was all downhill from there as Rich would win 3 straight and advance in the bracket. NowhereMan Aquaman'd his way through Collin's Divekicks, sending him tumbling to losers, and redgie bullies Grifkitten with some doomsday shenanigans. The crew fight it out until we have our top 4....
In winners, its Rich White Boys against Shujinkydink. A Matchup the Pacific Northwest is no stranger to. Batman vs Martian Manhunter. 4 games are completed until we get to the final game. Both players on last pixel, moves whiffing, combos dropping and in a clutch moment Rich takes the win by getting the final hit sending him into grand finals winners! Redgie steps up to take on Dink in losers finals. Dink is struggling with Doomsday off the bat, and Redgie takes the first game. Dink immediately goes to character select and picks Killer Frost(after a long conversation with dink, i found out he picked her up specifically for doomsday). Dink abuses the lack of MU knowledge taking the first game. Redgie counterpicks with Aquaman, but Dink again abuses the lack of MU knowledge and takes him out with a clutch MB parry on the last hit. Visibly Frustrated, Redgie picks Green Lantern and the patience game follows. Air missiles from Redgie, Dink slowly moving in, air dashing when possible, Redgie countering with some good footsies and combos. Dink gets a Clash and gets about a 20% life lead with 20 seconds left. Redgies cornered. Redgie goes for a MB B3, but Frosts MB F3 beats it out and dink goes into Grand finals losers!

9 person turnout for MK, some hype matches, tournament is interrupted by a money match between @HangNail and the great one. There is some Hype words being thrown back and forth, but in the end The great one takes it 5-3.
Back to the tourney! T4P guys make a splash with The Great one coming within inches of sending Trevar to losers! Nowhereman shows a much improved Johnny cage, and Collin shakes the Dust off his Kabal and gets back in the groove!
