Blue Blurs for Life!
Although not all of the Injustice tournament from the Break Weekly #228 was streamed tonight, we did get a glimpse of the last few bracket matches that brought about a new flavor of gameplay! In addition to the fact that Rico Suave defends his championship streak for the second consecutive week since the patch landed, he takes the Grand Finals against an impressive JRosa using not his Black Adam, but rather his new Doomsday that made its debut tonight! There was an all-around impressive show from the twelve players that came to keep the hype strong in their territory!
A very noticeable occasion in this tournament is the huge improvement in Jrosa's game with his Green Lantern and his new one-week Sinestro. Although Frantastic's Cyborg Superman knocked him down to Loser's Bracket in the first round of the tournament, he not only proceeded to fight his way back up to the top, he eliminated KDZ (who also fell to Frantastic in Winner's after a valiant effort in the Superman mirror) and Frantastic to avenge his previous loss and seize a well-deserved shred of the glory for himself! No doubt his matches received a great deal of recognition in the eyes of his supporters. Unfortunately for him, he fell to Rico Suave's new Doomsday in the Grand Finals, but not without putting up an amazing fight!
The players of the NJ/NY scene are continuing to step up their game with each weekly tournament and that improvement has definitely shown itself in a strong degree tonight. A huge round of applause goes out to everyone, especially to Rico for maintaining his mountainous streak of victory! Who knows how much further these players will go in their quest to push themselves up towards the summit of glory?!

If you missed out on this, consider yourself thankful that there's not all that many videos for you to catch up on since not all of the tournament was streamed. But nevertheless, you'll want to get a tight grip on your seats for when you do watch these videos, because you'll be blown away by the improvement that was discussed in this post!
