We've been discussing a lot how does some characters can armor out of the pressure after we reset them standing for blockstring proposes.
So i notice some time ago, that you can close this gap by throwing an EDC after the reset, the chip damage of the dagger is reduced to 1% but its actually added to the damage count even if the last movement doesn't count as hit. Complicated? i will try to give you a more pratical explanation:
F4~rd~ds, u3, 2~rd~ds, 112~rd ( 8 hits 36%)
F4~rd~ds, u3, 2~rd~ds, 112~EDC (8 hits 37%)
The thing is this is effective but spend meter, the opponent can't armor out of it for sure.
So when you hit someone with any string after the reset, if you hit them in the frame, the damage HUD will not show the same damage, it will show at least 1% more depending of what string you use. By doing this every time on your BnBs, your opponent will never be able to armor out of it.
