Reptile vs Kabal

I'm having trouble with this match up. I can make mince meat of Mileena, kung lao and Raiden, but I only have trouble against Kabal, his low buzz saw game and jump Forceball game is annoying, I can't get close to him no matter what, what do we do?

yea top two most annoying matchups for me if he spam zones.. honestly all i can do is take a hit and slow force ball and get in. or xray
