Okay, so here's how it works for me:
Put Reptile in the corner and the other character in front. Use Reptile's EX Acid spit and jump over him with the other character. Reptile head will come COMPLETELY OFF his body and hover behind him, hitting the character with the acid spit. If someone wants to do a video, that'd be cool. I don't have a video camera.
PS. It only works with the classic costume as far as I know.
