Reporting abusive YouTubers

A public service announcement for anyone here who has ever been stalked or harassed by someone else via YouTube. Although blocking and ignoring people is helpful, that only works to a certain degree. This is the next step to take. Best viewed in full screen.

I believe an IP ban will be enforced, essentially stopping the guilty party from doing such things from the same computer. Granted it's not full-proof, but it's a step in the right direction. Short of contacting the authorities, it's better than doing nothing at all, right?

I'd just block them from my channel and remove their comment, if it got to me that much.

I couldn't imagine needing to go further than that. If you're getting death threats or something, then that's different.
