in the day 1 pax stream hector was saying something about release check, is it something for noobs, scrubs or lazy people can you guys please explain? thanks in advance.

On a basic level nope, there are simple strings that can combo and shortcuts for cool things like environment interaction/Supermoves. They'll do fine.
