Random Select Tournament...

Too bad Xbox Live doesn't have it's own tournament bracket. That'd be kinda cool. I wish they put me in charge of getting UMK3 converted. I would've at least made sure that 2 vs 2 was a feature.

I could run the bracket since I don't play. If we all met up in a chat room like that last weekend tournament then I would be happy to make sure people are doing their matches. Just a thought.

Randper Kombat tournament is a completely non-credible tournament setting, Random Select is one thing, but Randper, I'd play but a lot of people will be disappointed.

If I'm around when it starts up, I'd be down for either type of tourney, or both. Just to shake out the Bad Luck factor, however, you might want to make each series of matches best of 7 or 9, so we don't get as much, "I got Sheeva twice and then Jade, while he got Robo-Smoke 3 times in a row! DAMN YOU ANNIHILATOR!!!" Also, a few questions about a Ranper Tourney...

- Would people be required to Random Select at the Character Select screen, so they couldn't control who they were starting with?

- Is there any need for a policy regarding the Shang Tsung no-morph glitch, or is it, "Shit happens, deal with it"?

And regarding a Random Select tourney, should there be a rule that the host must have all characters unlocked?

I got Kabal twice, and Smoke 3x in random ranked yesterday...too funny. Got my brother's gt close to rank 1000 with straight randoming and even some randper lol
