Tech Rain's throw

Is there a reason rains throw is the only one that does not take away your ability to do a "recovery"? For everyone else, you can't do a quick recovery after a throw. Just wondering if there was a reason, or if it's a typical NRS slip.

There is a reason, its called rushdown

Well I can't recall if any other throw does it, there are other moves that cause untechable knockdowns.
