Tech Rain Unblockable Reset?

So I was I practice mode messing around with combos. I did this one : 3xx superkick 43 water bubble 43 ex lighting and I noticed that it reset. I hit that twice and have been trying to recreate it. If anyone with better execution could also mess around because we could be on to something.

This has been known to happen but its not a true reset. Not 100% sure what causes it but its not a legit damage reset.
