Tech - Raiden Raiden Guaranteed Damage Throw Setups

Using ex lightning Raiden can create corner throw setups that give guaranteed damage whether or not the throw is teched.

Opponent techs the throw:
In this situation the ex lightning leaves the opponent in a combo state. Keep in mind, the ex lightning needs to be reactivated very close to the front of the opponent without actually hitting them.

Opponent does not tech the throw:
In this situation the ex lightning causes you to also be knocked down, tech roll allows you to use electric fly to combo. For this option, the ex lightning can be placed slightly farther away from the opponent and the setup will still work.

With correct ex lightning placement the opponent cannot jump, move forward, or use any normals. They can use armor to get out of the set up, but what if you run in with f12? I have not tested every teleport, but I believe some teleports will also get out of the setup (but then again, teleports are generally unsafe).

These setups can also be performed midscreen but are much more difficult and highly unlikely to be respected by your opponent.
 
Cool idea but how are you gonna keep them in the corner while you load up your EXLB?
With correct spacing (more like the second video) it's extremely difficult to react to EXLB startup with a jump in, and many jump ins will still get clipped by the EXLB hit box. The setup can also be done off a knockdown that doesn't push you all the way to the corner, like an electric fly from mid-ish screen.
