My question is, did low hit box characters like Mileena, Kitana, and Scorpion change? I thought ending blocked combos with Vicinity Blast didn't work on these characters, same with the block infinate, because Vicinity blast would wiff.
But now f2, Vicinity blast and b3,1,2, Vicinity blast both work on Mileena on block.
f2, V blast works on Scorpion, but b3,1,2, V blast doesn't.
f2, V blast doesn't work on Kitana, but b3,1,2, V blast does.
With Reptlie and Quan Chi neither work still, but doesn't Mileena have the lowest hit box, so if they work on her shouldn't they work on everyone? Does mileena not have the lowest hitbox anymore?
