Quick Stand Setups

Just show casing quick stand set ups for the majority of the cast.

-I couldn't find any good ones forWonder Woman and lobo
-some of these aren't practical (risk, meter, execution or they have better damage)

i use the d2~godsmack quick stand good bit after i read it on the ares forum but havnt found a reason to use quick stands with scorps yet,i should look into it a bit more
