Question - Demolition Quick question re: Negative Edge settings

When you're in online mode (beta or regular MKX), is there a way to turn on or off Negative Edge? I can't find a way to change that option online at all. I use NE for Demo Sonya ONLY and it's a little annoying to have to go offline to change my controller settings if I want to select a different character online. Thanks.

You can only change offline before you go online to my knowledge. It's dumb.

It is, man. I play on Hitbox, but every now and then I use dualshock 4 out of laziness (carried the Hitbox into another room and forgot to bring it back or something).

If I go online and start playing, I can't adjust my controls (fortunately I basically just swap r1 and r2 so it's an easy adjustment)

I just don't see any reason you shouldn't be able to edit your controls online
