Question about legendary venom piece

They briefly talked about it on the stream but i'm not sure how it'll work. Will there never be a debuff while you take DOT on venom. Or will you lose some health on debuff. What are your thoughts? I'm grinding hard for this piece but i'm curious if it's worth it

@RevetLeafing saw you completed the cheeta legendary multiverse. How did you get so much epic gear so fast. I'm almost there 4 bane but i still need +200 epics :/
