Question about instant air close divekick

Does this move, done as close to the ground, give CSZ frame advantage?

For instance, if I do a njp (blocked) then input a close dive kick, does he get advantage, as it whiffs but puts him right in front of the opponent? I notice with a very deep jip you can cancel into a close divekick and it whiffs, but does he get any kind of advantage off this?

Yes. Looks like up to +6 if you time it properly.
