How do I punish Slasher Jason's forward 4 2? I'm using a list and I feel like I can't hit anything after.

It's -11 so you just use a move that's fast enough on startup to punish it.

I looked at cages frame data though, and I've tried down 2, down 3, 2, 11, etc and nothing hits.

Hit practice record jason doing the string blocking as soon as he can after, and just trying things out till you get a punish you are comfortable with.
