I dunno if this is previously known, but although ex-cartwheel is -5 only (safe), it can be punished using the below tech.

It's very easy to execute, but needs a hard read on the wakeup/reversal.

I usually just walk backwards out of range and whiff punish it that way lol.

And this is the reason lack of b2block is not necessarily as shallow as some people think. Flying kick can work in that situation for someone waking up, on a read ofc.

Stop making videos that you try to do something for hours and you post a 30sec vid and you call it a tech,there is no tech here,everything can be punished since you know when it is going to happen.Not only this slow startup move.
P.s this is mostly used against cross ups and not as a reversal,who the f**k uses a 15frame move that is not a combo starter as a reversal?

You make it sound like this is some tech to punish it on block. This is actually a read, reaction to move forward as you're aware of his hitbox and a punish on whiff.
