(PS4) Pad Problems?

Doctor Rektangle

Think outside the Box
Is there a difference between day 1 PS4 controllers and those after? Or is it Russian roulette between cheap and solid pads?

Not a troll question due to the fact I see the rampant amount of dualshock 4 complaints on TYM. And only my friends who've bought the PS4 this year have had controller problems.

They are but not limited to:
  1. Broken Dpad
  2. Shoulder buttons stuck
  3. Face buttons loss response time
  4. Sticky face buttons
  5. Broken analog sticks
  6. Touch pad malfunctionso
  7. Buttons sinking in to the pad
I've play Guilty Gear Xrd / Mkx / USV:IV / MGSV / Black Ops 3 / Onigiri / Dark Souls 2 / Bloodborne. And others and have had 0 problems with the controller breaking from use.

I bring this up because at best buy I was looking to get a new pad. Need one so I can play when 1st controller dies and so I can have a 2player.

But looking at 4 PS4 pads next to eachother. It looked as if there's a wide standard deviation on the quality of the pads. I'll take pics soon to showcase this. Didn't think to at the time
