all low hit box characters can time a D+4 interrupt as long as they block the string(s) in crouch.
It's 5-5 regardless of being able to interrupt.
As tom mentioned you're better of using an armoured move, xray or a poke that lowers a characters hitbox considerably like mileena's d4, sonya's d4 (maybe ermacs d3?). The reward favors Raiden in my opinion since you'll have to be on point with a 6f d1 every time but on the other hand most characters d1's have less recovery than say most armoured/xray moves so if raiden does cancel into teleport mid string, or does ex tele, you'll probably be able to recover before he can recover from teleport so you'll be able to prevent him from punishing your whiffed d1. Please test this yourself though if you can though and as Tom said in the vid, the whole point of using armour/xray is that you will most of the time get hit by the third hits off 334/b312 when attempting to interrupt but armour allows you to take the hit a which otherwise very difficult to interrupt consistently with non armour/low hitbox poke or parry.
She can armor cartwheel those strings and get at least 30% ending in MS.
Raiden can tele and cause the armored cartwheel to whiff.
Can he whiff punish it with superman?
What about his back?
I don't remember if he can whiff punish, i don't think he can but it opens them up to a blockstring/pressure.
