Question Post Patch v.1.06 setups?

Well since I lost my favorite OTG setups with lantern after MB lift, I was thinking where do I go from here? I haven't gotten much time with the game since the patch since I've been at work all day, but does anyone have good setups post patch that I can get my ass to working on? I'd like to win tonight. --JRosa

Also, by setups I mean resets. Etc.

this probably won't be a popular response, but I feel like GL's "set ups" now are just go for max damage and try to put them in the corner, rather than going for resets.
