I can't really see this being viable towards anything but I was using Kabal in practice mode and had the cpu set to block. Once I cornered the opponent I did a nomad dash. Immediately after having it blocked I dashed forward and switched places with the opponent. Also I notice that when you do this same setup anywhere but the corner, that you take a bigger dash forward.
