Yeah this is the last straw for me. I'm not seeing these films anymore.

I saw the first part of this trilogy, because I loved the books and the original LOTR films. Well, the hobbit wasn't that great. It strayed from the books a bit too far, and the 3D and 48 frames was just bullshit. But... I was gonna give it another go.

But this just shows me that Peter Jackson is just not giving a shit about the books and is trying to play demographic politics. For fucks sake, the book this 'trilogy' is based on is shorter than any one of the 3 books that made up the LOTR yet this also needs to be a trilogy.

So... that's one too many mistakes. You made it a trilogy, when it needn't be one. You fucked up the technology. You fucked up the canon and now fucking it even further.
