I think its definitely a glitch, just that its super easy to accidentally do it twice in 3 seconds and you probably shouldn’t get DQ’d outright for that

My theory? If it is indeed a glitch- They probs dont have enough time to patch it out real quick. Plus, so many people are downright used to spamming pre patch eagly that there is no way they can dq off rip for that alone. I think it's still legal due to how easily you can armor it, i dunno.

The fact that its fullscreen and almost INSTANT activation means you most likely will not block it on reaction, only on a read. It is obnoxious as fuck
