I think it means you can't avoid it. You either block it or get hit by it, causing a "reaction".

Damn, "cannot be evaded" would be so much more precise than "must react". They must have to pay by the letter.

The probe probably just tracks the opponent like it should, normally someone can easily avoid the dam thing by jumping or dashing forward, changes to lance are good, kinda hoping for some frame data fixes on mb probe.

the two things i take away from it is that the Probe likely has blockstun now and when it hits you during a juggle the character will react to it
