9/16 notes: Not suprisingly, the characters remain static other than Sinestro moving up 3 spots! #Fear There was some flucuation in the Player of the Year Standings as show below. Forever King makes a huge jump to third with two consecutive runner up finishes. Reo drops two spots though I speculate this would not be the case if he had been in attendance at TFC. Tom Brady makes the biggest drop failing to make top 8 at two tournaments in a row.​

You missed updating Harley to 3 appearances. And Raven is still listed as 10th, when I believe she and Harley should now be tied for 8th in terms of top 8 placements (you don't seem to be going by points for characters, just players).

I would start by acknowledging that it was blatantly a joke? From there I would move onto being less serious about forum posts, followed by getting less upset about how you're ranked in a blatantly subjective ranking.

Do you count wins with the character or just showings? Just because somebody used character #1 in a best-of-3 match doesn't mean anything if they got their arse kicked.

Example:

Grand Finals of The Example Tourney.

Game 1: Player 1 uses Joker, Player 2 uses Batman. Player 2 wins.
Game 2: Player 1 switches to Black Adam. Player 1 wins.
Game 3: Same match-up. Player 2 wins and takes the tourney. Player 1 gets second place.

Would this count as both BA and Joker getting 2nd place at a tourney even though Joker lost?

As for the patch buffs/nerfs, consider the results up to TFC "Season 1" and start fresh with "Season 2" come the next major (assuming the patch hits before another major). Being able to compare the listings between seasons would be pretty neat to see just how things changed with the patch.

The best thing to do after the patch hits is to start over. You can archive this as a pre v1.06 placement list.

Would also cover times when people do CP and win.... and then don't have to CP again.

What about Vindication? It had slightly over 100 entrants and it was the first big tournament(Regional) for the game with over 3 states represented(California, Nevada, and Arizona) with some of the top players currently on that list. Just putting in my 2 cents.
