I sure wish I knew if this is known or if there are any better variations out there but it's pretty hard to find Killer Instinct information nowadays. Anyways, dicking around in training mode led me to find this unbreakable. I think it's worth the trouble for a guaranteed 47%.
You need Instinct and Two Bars of meter.
Note: I've only tested this in training mode against the AI and myself. Whether this doesn't work outside of Training mode is beyond me.
