so u can end any string in orbiting hat. If it connects can you combo anything off of it? I know 44 works what about another b321 or a b12??
Just test it you can't cancel anything into orbiting hat because it can be armored out of. For example b321 orbiting hat can be armored out of but you can still block their attcks in time.

if the frame data allows it, yeah. 44 is a tight string to link. like 2-4 frames i believe. not too hard offline, but don't bother online. f23-orbiting hat-f23-spin is extremely easy. gives you a pretty big window.
