Aww, damn!!
I was told to post this in here, after posting it in the noob thread:it apparently has been in the game since day one.(deleted game data, and played offline to check if this was a post patch occurrence or not, but here goes:
For whatever reason, Kitana, and ONLY Kitana, can block the last two hits of Noob's b+2,1,4, regardless if the b+2 hit. I happened to run across this in training mode with her last night, and after doing it 30+times, I decided to test this against every character. Here's my findings:
1.This random glitch only applies to Kitana, and no one else.(ie, everyone eats the whole string of b+2,1,4, and cannot just block the 1)
2.She can only block the last two hits of the string if its done mid-screen, and at point blank range. If b+2,1,4 is done at tip range, she eats the whole string. If done in the corner at point blank or tip range, she eats the subsequent hits as she should. ONLY at point blank range+midscreen can she block the 1,4.
3.This cannot be avoided by adding a jumping punch or by any other means. If Kitana gets hit midscreen by Noob's b+2,1,4 at point blank range, she can block the 1,4.
4.Ive tested this with every character, in training mode on auto block, and with another human, JUST TO BE SURE. Only happens against Kitana.
5.I discovered this within the current version, and out of curiosity deleted my game data, stayed offline, and tested it(every character in training mode and with another human), and I got the same results.
