Question - Outlaw NJP on Females

Hey everyone, this is my first post here so sorry if there's any wrong context in anyway.

I'm a new Erron Black player, and I am really having a hard time with one of my combos on Mileena.

The combo is F13 ex sand grenade into NJP. I tried to do this combo atleast 100 times with my friend on Online Practice and I found it impossible to hit.

Is this some kind of error or am I just doing it wrong?

The hitbox on females are smaller, so it's harder to hit

Mileena has the hitbox of a small child. Try doing the njp a little earlier and if that doesn't work find a different combo you can land more consistent
