New to fighting games (Kinda)

I am looking for tips on learning some basic stuff in MK X things most people know. like how to juggle someone in a combo ( i can never hit someone after a upper cut) or get them to juggle more then one hit. I am getting smashed online. PC player btw. Any help would be great thank you for your time

Mostly Sub-zero cryo and goro dragon fang

You can't confirm off a upercut. You can in the corner but it's hard. You first start off with a string that launches your opponent so you can hit them. If one doesn't exist then a special or meter burned special should do the trick. Then you can get a combo. Any questions let me know I'll be glad to help
