New Character Tier List Discussion

Since no one that I have seen has posted an idea for a current tier list I figured id stir the pot and see what everyone thinks. If you disagree with any of the list please comment with your view of the character tiers are. Since I am in no way an expert with every character id like to get some feedback and your ideas of why your character deserves a higher spot. So here's my opinion on the tier list:

TOP
1. Shang Tsung
2. Kung lao
3. Johnny cage
4. Kenshi
5. Sub zero
6. Kabal
7. Nightwolf
8. Ermac
9. Liu kang
10. Raiden

MID
11. Kitana
12. Smoke
13. Rain
14. Cyrax
15. Reptile
16. Mileena
17. Scorpion
18. Cyber sub
19. Noob
20. Kano

BOTTOM
21. Sektor
22. Jax
23. Sonya
24. Jade
25. Skarlet
26. Sindel
27. Stryker
28. Quan chi
29. Baraka
30. Sheeva

You know, I've been meaning to ask. What wrong with Sheeva? Also, I think Sub-Zero should move down a notch or two. He's not as good as he used to be. And Skarlet should move up more. Why is she so down there?

This is just my opinion about sheeva, she seems far too slow and doesn't have much for combos. I guess ive never really played her, but I also haven't really seen anyone main her. And sub zero probably could go down a bit because I've mained him and he doesn't have much of an answer for faster characters like cage, liu kang, and kung lao. And I just haven't had much experience with skarlet to get a good idea, she seems fast and has a load of specials but im just not 100% sure about her.

If you've never mained shang you wouldn't know how good he really is. I clearly said this is just my opinion so theres no need to get sandy. If you disagree say why :)

Yeah, well like he said he's just stirring the pot to start up a discussion and get some solid feedback. It's definitely a unique tier list but he made it clear it's based purely on his opinions.
