New Black Canary Ability! Rising Kick

haven't seen anything on this yet so i figured i'd post it. i just got a new ability for black canary. on mb, it pops up. doesn't look like it has any REAL advantages but it doesn't take away any abilities, just adds that. curious to see how it can be added into combos.

i just got the command grab last night and i'm really liking it. you can 11 right into it on block, frustrate the shit outta people lol. here's a vid, my apologies for the shitty play, i'm decent, not good lol

yeah, that does kinda suck. it needs improvements definitely but i like the idea. maybe make it like Cassie's f2 command grab, with the restand
